Top Ten Tuesday: Books With “Summer” in the Title

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by the lovely Jana @ That Artsy Reader Girl. Each week a new theme is suggested for bloggers to participate in. This week’s prompt is Books or Covers that Feel/Look Like Summer (You can interpret this in a number of ways. Maybe the covers or titles are obviously summer themed, but maybe the feeling the book gives you is all warm and summery. Maybe the book cover colors look summery or the story itself takes place in the summertime. Or maybe the titles you select are favorites that you re-read every summer when you were on break from school.)

Hello Readers! We’re inching closer and closer to the first day of summer here in the states, which means I only have a few weeks left to cross off the last few books on My Spring TBR. I’m determined to make it happen, but we’ll see if it does. πŸ˜‰

I decided to twist today’s prompt just a bit because it hasn’t been very long since I did Books that Exude Summer and Book Covers That Feel Like Summer. I’m taking it very literal and just sharing books on my shelves with the word “summer” in the title, including two that share the same title! I feel like it ended up being a nice mix of romance, historical fiction, and middle grade fiction. AND I even managed not to duplicate any books from my previous posts.

Let’s see what I found!

(Link to Goodreads synopsis through book title.)

    1. Yes, A Summer to Remember was such a nice surprise. Our Place on the Island is next up for me! I have high hopes. Summerlost is one I’d like to get to soon!

  1. Nice twist, Dedra. Last summer I did this for my 20 Books of Summer list. I was shocked at how many I had on my TBR.
