TBR Top Ten Tuesday

Top Ten Tuesday: Books with Weather Events on the Cover

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by the lovely Jana @ That Artsy Reader Girl. Each week a new theme is suggested for bloggers to participate in. This week’s prompt is Books with Weather Events in the Title/on the Cover (I’m picturing a list of titles with weather-related words in them like storm, rain, blizzard, flood, lightning, hail, snow, wind, etc. OR covers with lightning/storms in the picture.)

Hello Readers! I hope this week’s TTT finds you well. We’ve reached the middle of October, and we’re finally getting some cooler weather here in Texas. Now we just need more rain. πŸ˜…

I thought today’s topic was a fun one, and I was surprised I haven’t done it before. I decided to focus on weather events on the cover, choosing five I’ve read and five on my TBR, but using the same five weather events.

Let’s see what I came up with!

  1. I saw Rachel’s on another list today and it’s a lovely and perfect fit. πŸ™‚ Also looks like one that would be a cute read, too!

  2. While I don’t read those types of books, I binged watched the TV show “Vera” based on Anne Cleeves’ novels. There may be a new season coming soon. If so… I’ll binge those too!

    1. I watched the film adaptation of that years ago, just flipping through channels, and it’s stuck with me, which has made me want to read it, as well. But it’s not a happy story. πŸ˜ƒ

    1. I think you’re right! And with all his flying around he was in many different parts of Alaska. But I read them one after the other, so they blend together in my mind, too. πŸ˜ƒ
