Top Ten Tuesday: Books With One-Word Titles

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by the lovely Jana @ That Artsy Reader Girl. Each week a new theme is suggested for bloggers to participate in. This week’s prompt is Books With One-Word Titles (submitted by Angela @ Reading Frenzy Book Blog).

Hello Readers! I’m currently still on a little blogging hiatus, but I’m planning on being back full-time sometime this week!

I couldn’t remember if I’d done this prompt before, but after a quick search I saw that it’d been since 2020. I felt fairly confident that I could stick to this prompt without repeating any books, and I did! I’ve chosen five I’ve read and five from my TBR.

Let’s see what I found!

(Link to Goodreads synopsis through book title.)

Books I’ve Read and Enjoyed

  1. Kulti by Mariana Zapata – Romance, 4.25 stars, ultimate slow-burn goodness
  2. Upgrade by Blake Crouch – Sci-Fi, five-star-read, unputdownable (My Review)
  3. Crux by Jean Guerrero – Nonfiction, 4 stars, beautifully written memoir
  4. Lies by T.M. Logan – Thriller, 3.5 stars, read in one day
  5. Corinne by Rebecca Morrow – Adult Fiction, five-star-read, another book I loved that many readers didn’t (My Review)

      1. I plan to read Kulti next month! It’s been a long time coming. I need to catch up on the True North Series. Thankfully Keepsake is the third book in the series, instead of the last. I’ll definitely have to do a series binge soon!

    1. Kulti!! Yes, so very good. Definitely one of those books I read and wondered why I’d waited so long. Lots of praise for Keepsake. I need to move that one up the tbr.

    1. I’m getting lots of praise for Keepsake, so seems like we should read that one sooner rather than later. πŸ˜‰ Kulti is a must-read if you’re a fan of Zapata. So very good. Same for Upgrade.
