Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish and is now hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. Each week a new theme is suggested for bloggers to participate in. This week’s theme is “book titles with numbers in them.” Submitted by Emma @ Words and Peace
Did I pick any of your favorites?
The Two Towers was on my list this week as well. Did you ever watch the LoTR movies that came out in the early 2000s? I thought they did a good job bringing the final book in that trilogy to life in particular.
My TTT.
Yes! I really liked the movies. I just had a hard time getting into the books. But I did like The Hobbit better. Iβm hoping to revisit them again someday. Maybe Iβll appreciate them more with age?? Ha.
Great list! I hope you enjoy Six of Crows. One of these days I need to give The Lord of the Rings. π
Thank you! I’ve been reading everyone’s glowing reviews of Six of Crows today and it’s moving up my tbr list. π
Hahaha I love how you did #10. That was one of the hardest ones for me, too.
Thank you! I thought 10 would be one of the easiest, but it had other ideas. π
I’ve seen Eight Hundred Grapes a few times this week, even though I’ve never heard of it before.
It’s a super sweet contemporary novel set on a vineyard. I really enjoyed it!
Oh, I never heard of The Four Loves by CS Lewis! That’s a new one for me. A CS Lewis class sounds fun, though. I totally forgot about The Fifth Wave, too. I still need to read that series. Great list!
Thanks for stopping by! Yes, hopefully I can finish up The Fifth Wave series soon. I’m afraid I’ve forgotten most of what happened, though. π
Six of Crows made my list this week as well. I can’t believe I forgot about Tolkien for number two. I definitely would have used that one.
Six of Crows was very popular this week!
Great list! I’ve read your # 1, 2, 5, 7, and 8! All great choices and really good reads — and I’ve been hearing such good things about your #3 as well. π
Yes! Hopefully I can get to that one soon!
Ooo! I’ll have to go take a look at Seven Days of Us! Love a good seasonal read PLUS, who wouldn’t want to armchair adventure around London!? Thanks so much for visiting Finding Wonderland last week. π
Ha! Yes, I agree. I have a weakness for seasonal reads. π And I love your site!
The Two Towers is classic for these kind of lists π
Seems to be a popular choice! ?
I want to read Seven Days of Us! I read SoC and really enjoyed it!
Hopefully I can get to SoC soon!
